Translation

This translation:
Strives for Formal Equivalence (Form-Oriented or Modified Literal) accuracy in every language while guarding tense, phrasing, and plurality

The Process:
The original is rendered directly word for word, and from it, an interpretation is derived by changing sentence structure to fit the current language's rules but never altering the meaning. Then, each word is carefully examined to prevent loss and is given a word or phrase to quickly obtain that word in the given language. Effort is given to ensure the brevity of each word or phrase, thus staying true to the original. If the meaning remains unclear or the context is undeniably altered, a more complex, accurate version of the word will be instated.

That simply means if it's written in the original, you'll find it here. If there was an extra word inserted, it was done to fulfil grammar, or define the meaning. Both are done as a last resort. There are no added phrases unless they have been clearly marked off with parentheses. It is not acceptable to alter the word of the Almighty.
