Belief

When looking for a good Bible,it's best to find out what the translators believe. I've made it simple; starting from creation. I believe that the Bible is truthful, and with proper translation can perfectly showcase God and his intent for our lives.
I've always believed in 24 hour days during creation, but now I'm excited to show you how it was done in a special blog: Six days of creation-Happy Earth Day. It details the whole chapter of Genesis 1, written so you can understand as it unfolds.
I believe that Jesus is the Christ, but because we have made the word too common, I translate it Anointed One, which is a better reminder, I think.
Though without sin, he was, as the Greek word (of plunging garments in dye) suggests, baptized. Since he was without sin, one must wonder. He surely did not confess anything to John. Therefore, one must reason that he did it for our example, and obviously the Father was quite pleased. Here's a quote from the translation: And There! A rumble from above said: "This one is my son. I love him with the most love possible. That pleased me."
God, does not lead us into tempting because he cannot be tempted. Jesus was tempted in all points, that means there was a chance of him doing wrong. If not, he couldn't have very well been tempted, now could he? Of course, he overcame through the power of the Spirit, died for our sins, came back to life on the third day, showed that he didn't have a ghostly body because he ate food, and after appearing to several eye-witnesses, he assumed back into heaven with the promise that he will return, but before that he would send his Spirit. If the same Spirit which raised Jesus, the Anointed One, from the dead is in you, God will enliven these earthly bodies, we'll be caught up to meet the Lord in the air, and forever, that's how we'll be with the Lord.
